ADAM creates and delivers marketing graphics to an agent as soon as their listing hits the market, and at each stage of the transaction. Every email is designed to come from your chosen staff member and the messaging is fully customizable.
ADAM checks the MLS every 15 minutes for new listings and status updates associated with your office ID and delivers marketing graphics for each milestone. There is also a complete, active listing feed in the admin panel that allows you to fire off a marketing package for any listing at any time.
Update brand settings and compliance, fire off new marketing packages, opt agents in or out of emails, switch preferred design styles, make changes to your agent roster, add or edit listings and more with ease!
ADAM comes with three unique design themes – each with 20+ social media posts, postcards, flyers, door hangers and more! Each theme can be customized with your brokerage’s logo and brand colors. Want something proprietary to your market center? Ask about our custom design package!

ADAM syncs with the MLS to pull in property information for those with active listings as well as when an agent takes a listing for the first time. Agents can update their information through a link in each email they receive or at the bottom of their marketing dashboard for any listing.

Absolutely! As with any other external image file, ADAM graphics can be uploaded and used in Command Designs. Please note, however, that PDF uploads may require minimal editing depending on the complexity of the graphic being uploaded to Command to ensure text and images are not distorted in the upload process.
ADAM searches the MLS every 10 minutes for new listings and listing status changes under your brokerage or market center MLS office ID. When a new listing hits the MLS, or the status of a listing changes, ADAM creates and delivers marketing graphics to the listing agent on demand.
